This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made at DiapaCure, operated by WinEver Ventures.

Returns Eligibility

You may return products if:

• They are unused and in original packaging.
• They were damaged during delivery.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

2. Provide the reason for return.
3. We will guide you through the return shipping process.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us immediately with photos if your order is damaged or incorrect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
